We offer returns and or refunds directly in the nearest Technology R US Head office within 24 hours of your delivery, if 24 hours have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a return and/or refund of any kind.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed for delivery up to 1-3 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays.
All orders that hit our system could be delivered in one of two (2) ways:

1. Expedited Delivery – within 24 hours – Charge depending on your location.

This is a special service that guarantees delivery same day when order is place before 1pm and after 3pm delivery will be on the next day.

2. Standard Delivery

This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 working day after an order is placed. Orders that qualify for Delivery would be treated as Standard Delivery, unless otherwise instructed. Please note that Delivery comes at a charge depending on your location in Accra

 

3. Pick up at showroom (free)

You can also collect your order from any of our stores. This option is free of charge. You can pick up item same day for your order to be ready for collection. Our Customer consultants would let you know when and where to pick you your order.

Please note that where it is applicable, two delivery fees may be charged, if we have to make separate journeys to deliver individual items to different location of same customer or collect payment and make the delivery.
